Jom naik kete kuda lagi.....huhu
kali ni destinasi seterusnya adalah Luxor...we went to Luxor by van from Edfu Temple...kitorg smpai Luxor dlm kul 4 ptg n we all duk kat Queen Valley Hotel..ptg tu my mom n I juz duk dlm bilik je,my dad n the others naik kete kuda round2 bandar Luxor...memula igt nk ikut naik kete kuda tapi ari tu memang penat giler so,duk berehat kat bilik je....ehmm...
keesokan pagi,kitorg pergi melawat tempat2 menarik sekitar West Bank of Luxor...kitorg sempat melawat Colossi of Memnon,King's valley,Deir el-Bahri (Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsu) n Quenn's valley.
Colossi of Memnon
Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. kedua2 patung ni in a seated position,his hands resting on his knees n his gaze facing the River Nile n the rising sun. wo shorter figures are carved into the front throne alongside his legs: these are his wife Tiy and mother Mutemwiya. The side panels depict the Nile god Hapi.
King's Valley
it is a valley in Egypt in a period nearly 500 years between 16th-11th BC where tombs are constructed for the kings n powerful nobles of the New Kingdom.
Deir el-Bahri
it is a complex mortuary temples and tombs yg terletak di west bank of the Nile,opposite to the city of Luxor. The first monument built here was the mortuary temple of Mentuhotep II of the 11th dynasty. dring 18th dynasty, Amenhotep I n Hatshepsut also built extensively at the site. tempat ni ade ala2 Forbidden City kat Beijing...
Queen's Valley
ni adalah tempat di mana isteri2 Firaun ditanam in ancient times. we all x msk pun tempat ni coz katenye byk benda kat dalam tempat ni telah dialihkan ke tempat lain...
pastu kitorg terus balik hotel...actually belah petang ade lawatan ke East Bank lak..tapi kitorg x pegi pun coz tempat yg akan dilawati ptg tu adalah Luxor Temple n Karnak Temple...asyik pegi temple je...ehmm...
petang tu,i naik kete kuda with my mom n dad..yg lain x ikut coz diorg pegi mandi kat swimming pool kat hotel...yeye..naik kete kuda lagi...(^_^)
naik kete kuda ni pun ade kisahnya...name budak yg bawak kete kuda ni adalah Mustafa...die asyik duk sebut "ok madam" n "Mustafa No Problem"...ye la tu No Problem padahal byk prob..dah cakap org x paham....org dah kate x nk pegi market alih2 die bawak gak kitorg pegi market...pastu nk paksa2 kitorg turun tgk2 barang kat situ...dah la kawasan tu berhabuk cam ke ape..sape nk beli...pastu kitorg bgtau la yg kitorg x nk ape2 dari market tu n die pun kate "ok.."...ok la sgt..x dan seminit dah promote balik suh tgk2 barang kat situ..mama memang dah bengang coz x paham ckp org...last skali mama pun cakap kat die "juz send me to the hotel"...naisb baik la hotel kitorg tu dkt je ngan market...pastu mase nk bayar,ade ke si Mustafa ni suh bagi Baghsyish utk Sara...nk tau sape Sara tu?!! Sara tu adalah kuda die........byk cantik,ade ke kite pulak nk kene bagi padahal die owner kuda tuh...macam2 hal la org2 Egypt ni....
then malam tu kitorg naik train ke Cairo balik....
