nowadays it's really hot here...the temperature is more than 30'C...kat cni skrg siang sangat la panjang...subuh masuk kul 2.17 am n maghrib kul 8.34 pm..kul 4.30 pagi dah cerah kat luar...huhu...
skrg ni almost everyday pegi jog kat track..tapi i xde la jog sakan sgt coz my twisted foot is not fully recovered yet...so,i jog 2 round per day je supaya x pressure sgt kaki tu n leh jog dlm jangka mase panjang...but i'm still doing other exercises..kira berpeluh gak la...ehmm...
haa...i juz got my flight ticket 2 days ago...yeye...x sabanye nk balik msia...from here to kiev on 6th July n from there on 7th n smpai msia the day after...huhu...
arini xtau lagi nk buat ape...smlm akak kate nk kuar pegi rinak tapi xtau la jadi ke tak...smlm x mkn cherry..terase pelik gak...the day b4 bantai 500g cherry gak...kalo jadi kuar arini,nk beli cherry lagi...i'm craving for cherry now...
